Restaurant Nou Fusion is owned and operated by Johnny and Patricia Gomez , Johnny of Filipino origin and Patricia Grossrieder who hails from Switzerland. Chef Johnny was already familiar with the restaurant business since his childhood days, a member of a grand family of restaurateurs. After finishing his studies and training in the world famous Cumlinary Institute of America, he traveled to Switzerland and worked his way up to executive chef of Montreux's busiest 4 star hotel. A seven year stint as a instructor in a prestigous Ecole Hotelière de Glion followed his life as an executive chef, wherein he shared his passion and knowledge with students from around the world. The hotel school experience gave him the opportunity to travel and learn, and teach as well. From Bangkok to Monaco, Hurghada to Luxemburg . Johnny picked up ideas and tastes wherever he could.. The family moved to sunny Spain in 2001 nd put all those years of international (4 continents) experience into one plate and created Nou Fusion. It's a mix of cultures, techniques, products, smells, spices, tastes and philosophies all put into one. The result is an adventure into the culinary arts, new discoveries in tastes, memories of distant places and travels, and a exhilarating dining experience.
